Field operations connected to GIS

Connect geo-tagged surveys, execution progress, location-based dispatch and workforce tickets to the mapped network context.

Keep the task and its location together

Field survey establishes location-linked observations. Execution tracking records progress against the route or site. Workforce management coordinates the team and the ticket needed for operational work.

A connected handoff

  1. Capture the field record with geographic context.
  2. Use the map to review the relevant route or site.
  3. Track delivery or assign the operational task.
  4. Keep the result connected to the next stage through status, documents or closure.

Team context alongside the work

Workforce capabilities include ticket creation, auto-assignment, reassignment, closure, location-based dispatch and daily reports. HRMS integration adds staff records and attendance context; ITSM integration exchanges service updates.

Confirm the working environment

Discuss devices, connectivity, permissions and synchronization expectations with the team. Offline capture, drone survey delivery and drone-data processing require separate confirmation and should not be inferred from geo-tagged capture.
