Geography and information together

A geographic information system connects information with location. For a network project, this can include routes, sites, assets and the relationships used to understand the physical network.

GIS in the Lumacorp workflow

The central server holds routes, assets and topology. Field data feeds mapping, while delivery and operational workflows use the geographic context for their own records.

A map is one way to view the information. The connected workflow also includes measurements, documents, progress and field tickets. See the platform overview.
